Jason Leach is an associate in the Real Estate and Corporate Departments at Mintz & Gold LLP. Mr. Leach’s real estate experience includes representing institutional and individual clients in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing, and joint ventures. Jason’s corporate experience ranges from corporate governance matters, joint ventures, and business entity formation, to stock purchase agreements.
Prior to joining Mintz & Gold, Jason was a real estate associate in the New York offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Jason’s background also includes working as an analyst at the corporate offices of Abercrombie and Fitch.
Jason received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the Ohio State University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as an editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
Mr. Leach is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and State of Texas.
