Allison is an associate in Mintz & Gold’s Commercial Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations practice groups.
Prior to joining Mintz & Gold, Allison served for six years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. She investigated and prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases from inception through disposition, ranging from attempted murders to armed robberies. Allison tried cases to verdict, conducted numerous pre-trial and suppression hearings, and secured dozens of grand jury indictments.
Allison is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as an Editor on the Journal of Gender and the Law.
