Kelly Ryan is an Associate in Mintz & Gold’s Commercial Litigation, Corporate, and White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations practice groups.
Prior to joining Mintz & Gold, Kelly served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office where she investigated and prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from assaults to shootings, gun possessions and vehicular crimes. She presented cases to the Grand Jury, conducted pre-trial hearings, and wrote motions related to a variety of evidentiary and appellate issues.
