Samuel Allaman represents and advises clients in a broad range of commercial litigation and corporate advisory matters, from regulatory compliance and pre-litigation strategy through and including appellate practice. He regularly represents clients on matters involving intellectual property registration and strategy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, commercial contract disputes, corporate governance and compliance, data privacy and cybersecurity, artificial intelligence implementation and regulation, internal investigations, and insurance and financial regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Mintz & Gold, Samuel was an associate in the New York office of a large international law.
