Victoria is an associate in Mintz & Gold’s Commercial Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations practice groups.
Prior to joining Mintz & Gold, Victoria served for six years as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office. She investigated and prosecuted hundreds criminal cases, including violent felonies. She tried cases to verdict, conducted pre-trial and suppression hearings, presented dozens of cases to the Grand Jury, and briefed and argued several appeals before the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department.
