Terence W. McCormick began his legal career in 1992 as Law Clerk to the Honorable Bernard Newman in the United States Court of International Trade and the Southern District of New York. Thereafter, Mr. McCormick was an associate in the Litigation Department of Proskauer Rose LLP until 1997, when he joined the corporate securities practice of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw and subsequently O’Sullivan LLP. Mr. McCormick is a cum laude graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and holds his law degree from Fordham Law School, where he is a member of the Moot Court Alumni Board of Directors. Mr. McCormick has published articles in the area of federal securities law, including Red Flag Claims Against Auditors in the Post-Enron World,New York Law Journal, November 26, 2003, and New Certification Regulations Present Challenges for Issuers,Los Angeles Daily Journal, February 14, 2003. Mr. McCormick is admitted in New York, the United States District Court for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
