Corporate Transactions & Private Funds

The Corporate Transactions & Private Funds Practice Group routinely represents middle-market hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, crypto-focused funds, entrepreneurs, business founders, venture capital, and private equity firms across a range of corporate financial transactions, including corporate structuring, fund formation, sub-advisory agreements, prop firm formation, financial regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, seed and series round financing, and various due diligence matters. The group also advises its fund and start-up clients on developing employee option and vesting plans, structuring equity or debt deals, and establishing a family office post exit. In general, the group seeks to partner with its clients in their businesses and seeks to advance each client’s unique objectives.

The Corporate Transactions & Private Funds Group is led by Amit Sondhi who, in addition to his juris doctor, received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
