Halle is an associate working in Mintz & Gold’s White Collar Criminal Defense, Commercial Litigation, Media and Intellectual Property, and Trusts and Estates practice groups. Halle assists with a broad range of litigation matters involving commercial disputes, criminal and regulatory investigations, and copyright infringement and licensing disputes. Halle also works with the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice by assisting clients with estate planning, trust administration, probate, wealth preservation and asset protection strategies.
Halle received her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School where she attended classes as an evening student while working full time at Mintz & Gold as a litigation paralegal. Halle received both a Bachelor’s of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Binghamton University. Prior to joining Mintz & Gold in 2020, Halle was an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a member of the International Trade & Customs practice group.
Since 2021, Halle has worked as a teaching assistant for The George Washington University Law School’s New York City (GWNY) program, assisting Ira Lee Sorkin with teaching a class titled “White Collar Criminal Defense & Investigations” to second and third-year law students.
Halle is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
