Matthew S. Seminara is a partner & co-chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Matthew’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, with a significant emphasis on retail and office leasing. His practice includes representation of some of the leading owners and retailers, car manufacturers, and restaurants in connection with major lease transactions in New York and throughout the United States. Matthew’s extensive experience includes negotiating all aspects of commercial leasing transactions, as well as subleases, brokerage agreements, construction and architect agreements, management agreements, and other transactional real estate matters.
Prior to joining Mintz & Gold LLP, Matthew was a Senior Counsel at a leading international luxury goods company.
