Matthew S. Seminara is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Matthew’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, with a significant emphasis on retail and office leasing. His practice includes representation of some of the leading retailers, car manufacturers and restaurants in connection with major lease transactions throughout the United States. Matthew’s extensive experience includes negotiating all aspects of commercial leasing transactions, as well as subleases, brokerage agreements, construction and architect agreements, management agreements, and other transactional real estate matters.
Prior to joining Mintz & Gold LLP, Matthew was a Senior Counsel at a leading international luxury goods company.
Matthew has been regularly named to the Rising Stars list in the New York Super Lawyers Metro Edition magazine.
