Matthew S. Seminara is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Matthew’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including retail and office leasing, sales and acquisitions, and financing. He has extensive leasing experience, representing landlords and tenants in connection with retail and office leasing, throughout the United States, Canada, and Latin America. His experience includes negotiating all aspects of commercial leasing transactions, as well as subleases, brokerage agreements, construction and architect agreements, management agreements, and other transactional real estate matters.
Matthew has been regularly named to the Rising Star list in the New York Super Lawyers – Metro Edition magazine.
Prior to joining Mintz & Gold LLP, Matthew was a Senior Counsel at a leading international luxury goods company.
