Ryan W. Lawler is a partner in the firm’s Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Criminal Defense Departments. Prior to joining Mintz & Gold, Mr. Lawler served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor matters to verdict, including indicting more than 100 felony matters as well as serving as lead chair in several jury and nonjury trials.
At Mintz & Gold Mr. Lawler routinely conducts depositions, attends court appearances and has litigated several hearings and trials. Mr. Lawler also has represented multiple criminal defendants in matters ranging from DWI defense to FBI and FINRA investigations.
Mr. Lawler is a former member of the New York
City Bar Association’s Employment and Labor Law Committee.
In law school, Mr. Lawler served as a member of the Moot Court team.
