Scott Klein is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Investigations, White Collar and Fraud Practice group. Mr. Klein brings to Mintz & Gold LLP a wealth of trial and litigation experience. He has handled and managed a broad range of complex business litigation disputes, including commercial, employment, labor, commercial lease disputes and government investigations. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s office for 5-1/2 years, serving as lead chair in twelve felony jury trials and supervising longterm wiretap investigations of organized crime activities. Mr. Klein received his B.A. from Tufts University in 1990, where he was elected captain of the basketball team, and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1995, where he served on the Moot Court Team.
