Our attorneys’ projects have included the sale, purchase and ground leasing of office, industrial retail, shopping center and private and commercial residential properties throughout the United States. In connection with these projects, we have negotiated many varied joint venture agreements among partners, developers and investors.
The Real Estate Department also represents owners and tenants in many varied commercial leasing transactions. We have extensive experience with respect to office, retail and shopping center leasing, and have represented major Manhattan landlords, national and multinational institutional tenants and national retail chains.
